Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile transactions from source documentation in Class Super.
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements, member statements, and annual returns for SMSFs.
  • Review and interpret unit trust accounts and income tax returns, ensuring accurate reporting for SMSFs.
  • Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS), Instalment Activity Statements (IAS), and Pay As You Go (PAYG) withholding.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant superannuation laws and tax regulations.
  • Prepare and review client fees, including adjustments and write-offs, for manager approval.
  • Liaise with financial advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies such as the ATO.
  • Contribute to team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and professional development activities.
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and firm-wide procedures.
