Job Summary:

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and a passion for creating a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and new hire orientation.
  • Administer and support employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies as needed.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, retirement plans, and leave policies. Oversee timekeeping and ensure accurate payroll preparation.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance workplace culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
