Job Title: E-commerce Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to manage our online product listings, oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, and contribute to the overall growth of our online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar.
- Optimize listings for improved search visibility and higher conversion rates.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Provide exceptional customer support and handle inquiries and issues through multiple channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and e-commerce best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
