
Online Growth Manager

This is a hands-on role where you will lead online growth through both traditional and non-traditional marketing strategies.
You will identify, test, and optimize new campaigns that expand our reach into untapped markets by launching and managing lead generation campaigns in various channels such as TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously testing new marketing channels, analyzing data to refine strategies
- Developing and executing innovative growth-focused marketing plans
- Optimizing campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
- Working cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels
- Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing
- A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly
- Experience managing budgets and driving ROI
