  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall operation of online sales platforms, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, providing assistance with product selections.
  • Optimize product listings with detailed descriptions, visual assets, and specifications.
  • Build relationships with content creators, influencers, and compatible businesses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop concepts, layouts, and promotional activities.
  • Set prices according to industry trends and sales strategy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Develop initiatives for PPC advertisement campaigns and social media engagement.
  • Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, and related industries.
  • Experience with content, product, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and non-technical SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2 level).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics for project management and reporting.
  • Knowledge of CSS Media queries.
