Business Development Specialist

This role requires a results-driven sales professional with strong analytical and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking
  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet client needs and achieve sales targets
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business development decisions
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, prospects, and pipeline activity
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, sales velocity, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on business development and partnership management
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas and negotiate effectively

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Familiarity with industry-specific platforms and databases
