E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager to oversee the daily operations of our online store, drive sales growth, and provide exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage website performance, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimizing product listings for better visibility.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and providing assistance with product selection.
  • Craft engaging product descriptions, visual assets, and specifications to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Nurture customer relationships, build partnerships with content creators, influencers, and complementary businesses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize, design, and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
  • Pricing strategy: set prices aligned with industry trends and sales objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and optimize logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective PPC advertising and social media engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website management, and related fields.
  • Proficiency in content, product, and inventory management.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
