Delivery Manager Position

We are seeking a proactive and solution-focused Delivery Manager to oversee the execution of multiple client projects across various platforms. You will lead a team of Project Managers and support the coordination of design, QA, and development resources to ensure smooth project delivery.


About This Role:
  • Lead the delivery of multiple client projects across web, mobile, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of Project Managers and delivery staff.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and QA leads to align resources effectively.
  • Monitor timelines, milestones, blockers, and proactively escalate risks as needed.
  • Serve as a key client contact for delivery-related updates and issue resolution.
  • Work with leadership to continuously improve delivery processes and team capabilities.
  • Contribute to client reporting and forecasting for delivery pipelines.
  • Support new client onboarding and ensure delivery expectations are aligned from day one.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years in delivery management, project management, or digital operations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional digital teams (developers, PMs, QA, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/hybrid delivery practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Able to switch between high-level planning and hands-on issue resolution.
