Key Job Summary

As a skilled Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing Go High Level CRM accounts for clients, creating and optimizing funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys within the platform. You will also integrate GHL with third-party tools such as Stripe, Zapier, calendars, and email systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Set up and manage Go High Level CRM accounts for clients.
  2. Create and optimize funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys within GHL.
  3. Integrate GHL with third-party tools such as Stripe, Zapier, calendars, and email systems.
  4. Manage and monitor email, SMS, and social media automations within the platform.
  5. Assist with lead management by organizing contacts, tagging, and segmenting audiences.
  6. Provide support for appointment scheduling, calendar management, and reminders.
  7. Generate and analyze reports on campaigns, pipelines, and conversions.
  8. Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure workflows align with client goals.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience working with Go High Level CRM.
  2. Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and sales pipelines.
  3. Familiarity with email and SMS marketing best practices.
  4. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
