The Workforce Management and Planning Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the planning and operational activities of a sorting facility.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and supervising team members to guarantee timely and accurate processing of items.
  • Coordinating daily sorting operations to maintain efficiency and meet performance targets.
  • Implementing and enforcing operational policies and procedures to streamline processes.
  • Analyzing and coordinating with Manpower Management to ensure proper allocation of agency personnel.
  • Managing day-to-day escalations and providing solutions for operational issues to minimize downtime.

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, and Warehousing.
  • Supervisory experience, including direct and agency employees.
