Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the planning and operational activities of a sorting facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the workflow, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining safety standards.

They will work closely with team members to optimize sorting processes, improve productivity, and meet organizational goals.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily sorting operations.
  • Monitor functional team members including the Shift In-Charge.
  • Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage scheduling of personnel, prepare performance evaluations and conduct coaching sessions.
  • Analyze and coordinate with Manpower Management for proper allocation of agency personnel.
Requirements
  • Preferably has 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing.
  • Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees.
