About This Role

The Workforce Management & Planning Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the planning and operational activities of a sorting facility, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining safety standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring team members, supervising daily operations, and implementing operational policies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor and supervise functional team members to optimize sorting processes and improve productivity.
  • Coordinate daily sorting operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of items.
  • Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and meet performance targets.
  • Analyze and coordinate with Manpower Management team for proper allocation of agency personnel.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees, is essential.
