Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, chat, or email.

Responsibilities will include responding to inbound requests, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.

Additional duties will include escalating complex issues when necessary, documenting all customer interactions accurately, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, prior call center experience, and the ability to reside within a reasonable distance from our office.
