
Insurance Solutions Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Insurance Account Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing quotes with multiple carriers for insurance, comparing and reviewing quotes, entering information in the management system, preparing documents and applications for policy issuance, and sending emails
- Client Relationship Management
- Serving as the primary liaison between us and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Educating clients on policy options, renewals, and changes
- Policy Management
- Reviewing and managing existing insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs
- Assisting with policy renewals, amendments, and endorsements
- Conducting periodic reviews of client accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommending appropriate solutions
- Sales and Business Development
- Collaborating with sales teams to develop new business opportunities
- Cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients
- Providing quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to individual client needs
- Administrative Support
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions
- Processing applications, claims, and other insurance documentation efficiently
- Monitoring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements
- Problem Resolution
- Handling complex client issues and providing effective resolutions in a timely manner
- Liaising with underwriters, carriers, and other stakeholders to address client concerns
- Experience in insurance account management or a similar role
- Proficiency in CRM systems and insurance management software
- AMS 360 experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and accuracy in managing client accounts
- Purely remote work arrangement
