We are seeking a skilled Digital Customer Advocate to support our global clients who have adopted our platform, providing them with an exceptional customer experience. This role will play a pivotal part in driving the digital transformation of our customer experience.

The Digital Customer Advocate will oversee the digital customer experience for smaller, dynamic clients. They will activate and monitor the digital customer journey playbook, identify opportunities and risks for customers in this segment, and develop strategic plans to address these challenges.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating repetitive tasks, streamlining processes, and identifying trends to inform business decisions. They will also work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Develop and maintain the digital customer experience for assigned clients
  • Perform day-to-day management and maintenance of digital tools, promoting process improvement and automation
  • Identify opportunities to reduce repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
  • Monitor digital customer journey outcomes and identify opportunities and risks
  • Own inbound opportunity generation and qualification through mail campaigns and other means
  • Review and analyze the customer base to identify growth opportunities
