- Conduct thorough research to resolve complex customer inquiries and provide relevant solutions.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure informed responses to customer queries.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance.
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is necessary to effectively communicate with diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
- The ability to multitask and handle high call volumes is crucial for meeting performance expectations.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are vital for maintaining accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
- Previous customer service experience is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
