Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and capitalize on new sales and business opportunities to meet revenue targets within defined areas.
  • Develop targeted sales and marketing plans aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets set by senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Prior experience in the relevant field is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be willing to work in North Luzon area.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • State-of-the-art selling techniques and ability to deliver tangible results.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry, including stakeholders, trends, competitors, processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present concepts to clients and colleagues.
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and ability to work independently.
