We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our clients in a BPO contact center.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and billing to meet customer needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to improve service delivery.
- Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Meet performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement.
- Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Fluency in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
