Conduent is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Associate I. This entry-level position plays a vital part in Conduent's mission-critical services and solutions for Fortune 100 companies, governments, and millions of people.

This position involves performing business support or technical work using data organizing and coordination skills. Tasks are executed based on established procedures. The job holder assesses calls to provide immediate service, transfer, or follow-up for client resolution. Identifying customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case is an essential aspect of this role. Routine call center activities concerning business products and services are also conducted.

The job requires using standard scripts and guidelines under supervision to meet SLAs. Providing customers with specialized information and gathering necessary data to update the database are key responsibilities. Escalating issues to senior levels based on complaints or concerns and explaining company policies to customers are also part of the job.

To be successful in this role, you should have general analytical and operational process knowledge. As an entry-level position, there are limited requirements for licenses, training, and certifications. Close supervision is provided.

A basic skillset in processes, procedures, and systems is required. Business expertise includes supporting company goals by understanding team integration and following standardized procedures with close supervision. No supervisory responsibilities are associated with this role.

Problem-solving skills involve self-guided problem solving ability, evaluating issues and solutions for the best outcome. Interpersonal skills require exchanging information and ideas effectively.
