Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Client Growth Specialist to drive product adoption, renewals, and revenue growth across a portfolio of small to mid-market clients. This role entails building strong customer relationships, analyzing engagement data, and identifying areas for improvement in the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 30–100 clients to drive product adoption, lead renewal negotiations, and meet growth goals.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, providing exceptional service and creating promoters.
  • Implement best practices, train, and coach clients on effective use of our products to ensure adoption goals are met.
  • Analyze user engagement data, identify actionable insights, and report regularly on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead business reviews with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor to drive continued value from our products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the position.
  • Two or more years of professional experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record managing a portfolio of similar-sized clients.
  • Technical proficiency in SaaS products.
