Job Description:

This role involves overseeing Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth, serving as the trusted point of contact, tracking progress, leading communication, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Key responsibilities include leading onboarding and managing brand milestones, owning client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery, coordinating internal teams to keep progress on track, resolving client issues through the Amazon Assist Desk, and ensuring SOPs are followed for onboarding/offboarding.

Additionally, this position contributes to quarterly case studies and internal team updates, while fostering a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.)
  • Skills: Clear communicator, proactive problem-solver, fluent in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom or eager to learn
