Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling lead generation, conducting sales calls, and managing customer relationships. Daily tasks will include developing new sales opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service through effective communication. The role requires a commitment to meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Sales skills
- Lead Generation skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets is a plus
- Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
