**Job Description:** As a Labor Relations Manager at WalterMart Shopping Center, you will be responsible for ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment by resolving labor-related issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve labor-related issues.
  • Negotiate with labor unions and associations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Educate employees on labor laws and company policies.
  • Investigate and evaluate union complaints or arguments to determine viability.
  • Monitor administrative cases of employees during employment with the company.
  • Develop HR policies on labor relations and employee discipline management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date labor reports.
  • Cordinate with various departments to prepare and issue notices to employees for misconduct.
  • Liaise with government agencies such as DOLE/NLRC/NCMB.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • Units/Degree in Industrial Relations an advantage.
  • At least 5-year work experience in labor relations, particularly in CBA negotiations and administration, administrative case/grievance management, DOLE relations management, etc.
  • Solid experience in labor laws, company code of conduct, and implementing/enforcing due process.
  • Advantage with experience as an HR Lawyer.
