Job Description
The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This includes coordinating with legal teams, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
  • Provide guidance on performance expectations, goals, and appraisal procedures.
  • Drive utilization of performance management tools such as Darwinbox.
  • Facilitate the performance review cycle – regularization and annual performance review.
  • Monitor updated labor laws/issuances.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in labor relations or employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
