Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist/Assistant to join our team in Quezon City. The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative support, with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings and screening candidates, to ensure we attract top talent for our organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the HR team, handling inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective employee training programs, driving business growth through improved skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR functions, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
