Job Profile

We are looking for a skilled Support Professional to deliver exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact, you will handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Provide timely assistance via various channels such as chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets from initiation to closure.
  • Escalate complex cases to subject matter experts when necessary.
  • Update knowledge bases with new information based on recurring issues and product updates.

You will collaborate closely with our Customer Operations Specialists to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ticket Management:
    • Track and resolve customer tickets in a timely manner.
    • Ensure each ticket is fully resolved before closing.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently.
    • Implement changes based on customer feedback.
    • Revise and update support materials to reflect current processes and solutions.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to manage escalations and ensure effective resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate or 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in tech or healthcare.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support platforms.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
