ShareJob DescriptionDescriptionThe Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's growth. This role involves a mix of customer interaction, product knowledge, and strategic selling to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities:Build rapport with prospective and existing clients.

Understand customer needs through active listening and effective questioning. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.

Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Prepare and present customized proposals or product demonstrations.

Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software. Generate regular sales reports for management review. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

RequirementsEducation:High school diploma or equivalent (minimum). Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred in some industries). Experience:Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills and Abilities:Sales and Negotiation Skills:Ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Technical Skills:Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
