Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Mandaue City, Cebu. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with department heads, and tracking recruitment metrics.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading furniture retailer and importer headquartered in Cebu. You will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in full-cycle recruitment, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across retail, warehouse, operations, and administrative roles.

  • Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

  • Track recruitment metrics, manage applicant tracking systems, and prepare regular hiring reports.

  • Support HR admin activities, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and compliance tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding), preferably in retail or related industries.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • High proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

  • Must be able to work onsite in Mandaue City, Cebu, and willing to coordinate with other branches when required.
