Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Data Configuration Specialist. This key position will be instrumental in driving customer outcomes during their implementation journey.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely system configuration, data quality and identification and resolution of configuration data issues.
  • Provide support to customers and teams on all aspects of implementations.
  • Perform system configuration checks and analyze configuration issues, carrying out necessary resolutions and action items.
  • Complete administrative tasks including systems updates, data entry, data review and input, project updates and other ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or relevant qualification) OR 2+ years' experience in a HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Experience in processing and reviewing large data sets and data entry.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
