Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Expert to join our team. As a key member of the Product Team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with experience working with large datasets and performing statistical modeling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
  • Work with the Product Team to design and implement A/B testing experiments to measure the effectiveness of new features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations through clear and concise reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
