Accurate financial record-keeping is crucial to the success of any organization. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's financial records. This involves recording general ledger transactions, including accruals, month-end adjustments, intercompany entries and balance sheet entries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Accurately record all financial transactions, ensuring timely compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Month-End Closing Process: Lead and execute the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and complete financial statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Prepare and reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts, investigate variances, and provide detailed schedules and insights for management support.
  • Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies, and support internal audits by providing required documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with a US-based accounting firm
  • Strong proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks Online
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
