About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Specialist to optimize store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role involves overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their queries and concerns.
  • Sell products and services to customers.
  • Perform product demonstrations and promote merchandise.
  • Process documents received from customers.
  • Deliver timely and efficient customer service to meet sales targets.
  • Comply with attendance policies and agreed shift schedules.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S standards.
  • Execute functions as required by system policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and resolve after-sales transactions promptly.
  • Ensure accurate encoding of customer transactions.
  • Transmit subscriber documents to the Credit Library in a timely manner.
Performance Metrics
  • Achieve store sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain favorable results for Line Wait and CSAT/MSP.
  • Meet all standards in Service Level Agreement for transactions.
  • Minimize or achieve zero exceptions.
  • Comply with full training requirements.

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implementing effective visual merchandising strategies.
  • Optimizing store operations for efficiency and profitability.
  • Developing and leading a high-performing store team.
