
Chief Customer Experience Officer

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and inspire a team of customer care, inbound/outbound, sales, and retention professionals.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and sales, who can foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
To be considered for this role, you must have strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and an analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of customer care, inbound/outbound, sales, and retention professionals.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate individual and team performance against set targets and develop strategies for improvement.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a customer care, inbound/outbound, sales, or retention environment.
- Strong understanding of customer service dynamics and sales processes.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
