Job Description

The Retail Specialist for Stores is responsible for optimizing the performance of retail stores by ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and maximizing sales. They play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Assist walk-in subscribers with their concerns and queries.
  • Sell all products and services to walk-in customers.
  • Perform product demonstrations.
  • Accept, screen, evaluate and approve documents received from subscribers.
  • Practice timely and efficient customer delivery to achieve targets for the entire team.
  • Comply with agreed shift schedules and attendance policies, including pre-approval of OT where applicable.
  • Keep the workplace clean and compliant with established 5S standards.
  • Execute functions as required by Iris system policies and procedures (e.g., cashiering, payments, and processing postpaid/prepaid stock allocations by Inventory Custodian).
  • Ensure proper monitoring and resolution of after-sales transactions.
  • Encode in all transactions that are passed on to other support groups, including Head Office or Regional Office.
  • Ensure proper monitoring and timely transmittal of all subscriber documents to the Credit Library.
  • Be able to function as custodian or cashier as needed.
KPIs
  • Achieve store sales and revenue targets.
  • Achieve favorable results for Line Wait and CSAT/MSP, ensuring customer service delivery targets are met.
  • Meet all standards in SLA for all transactions.
  • Minimize or achieve zero exceptions.
  • Full training compliance (attendance and passing all examinations).

  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implementing effective visual merchandising strategies.
  • Optimizing store operations for efficiency and profitability.
  • Developing and leading a high-performing store team.
Certifications

Optional: Certifications in retail management, customer service, or sales techniques may be advantageous but are not mandatory for all positions.
