Customer Service Associate Role

This role offers a challenging opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Associate position is responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including inbound calls, emails, and online interactions.


  • Ensure that customer inquiries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Clarify customer requirements and use decision-support tools to provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
  • Prepare accurate work records, as required.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Offer additional products and/or services, where applicable.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or more senior staff, as needed.


Candidate Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:


  • High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience, preferred.
  • Courteous and strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
  • Dependable and detail-oriented.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking, including flexibility and adaptability.
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a high-production environment.
  • Ability to work as a team member and independently.
  • Patient and professional demeanor in all customer contact situations.
  • Ability to rotate shifts, as needed.
