Job Overview

This role is designed to support the bid team in crafting high-quality proposals tailored to secure contracts.

Responsibilities will include researching, drafting, and editing responses to Invitations to Tender while working collaboratively with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development:
    • Assist in drafting and editing tender responses that accurately address client needs and highlight company strengths.
    • Tailor content to meet client specifications and adhere to quality standards.
  • Collaboration:
    • Liaise with colleagues across departments to collect information for proposals.
    • Incorporate stakeholder feedback into documentation.
  • Compliance and Quality Control:
    • Proofread all documents for grammatical accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with corporate branding and quality standards.
  • Research and Information Gathering:
    • Conduct market research to inform tender responses.
    • Maintain a database of prior bids and responses.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Track and report on proposal progress against set timelines.
    • Support maintenance of a proposal calendar.
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Experience or knowledge in bid writing, marketing, or project planning.
