Real Estate Sales Development and Admin Assistant

This role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, scheduling appointments and qualifying leads through effective phone communication.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, especially over the phone, experience in real estate sales/appointment setting, ability to handle objections and qualify leads, proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills, experience with social media posting and scheduling, a professional and pleasant personality, and ability to work independently and follow processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and CRM system
  • Schedule appointments and qualify leads through effective phone communication
  • Follow up with existing contacts and maintain relationships
  • Update and maintain CRM database with accurate client information
  • Post content on social media platforms
  • Execute follow-up email communications using provided templates
  • Track and document all client interactions in the CRM system

Additional details of this opportunity include working 5 days per week on a fixed schedule, performing tasks that involve outbound calls and appointment setting with limited social media posting, no inbound call handling required, and all work performed through client's CRM and systems.
