Job Title: AR/Admin Assistant - Roles and Responsibilities Overview

The role of the AR/Admin Assistant is to provide administrative support to the accounting team. This includes tasks such as client communication, document management, and data entry. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and communicate with clients regarding their account information.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain client documents, including tax returns and financial statements.
  • Data Entry: Enter client information into our database and update records as necessary.

What Will You Do?

Accounts Receivable:

As an AR/Admin Assistant, you will also be responsible for tracking and invoicing recurring invoices and running payments monthly. Additionally, you will assist in collections by running aging reports and reaching out to clients as needed. You will also be responsible for processing payments, reconciling postings daily, and monitoring billing emails for internal invoice requests.
