Job Title: Training Specialist II

Job Description:
As a Training Specialist II, you will play a crucial role in delivering competency-based and blended learning programs to our learners. This includes community-based training and processing enrollments and registrations for various scholarship and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process learner and beneficiary registrations in line with policies and audit requirements.
  2. Conduct and deliver competency-based and blended learning programs.
  3. Develop and update curricula, session plans, assessment tools, and training plans according to operational procedures.
  4. Manage budget utilization and obligations.
  5. Respond to inquiries from stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
  • At least one year of relevant experience.
  • Four hours of relevant training.
  • Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) or Second-Level Eligibility.

Special Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Tourism, or related fields.
  • National Certificate in Food Processing, Carpentry, Technical Drafting, or tourism-related qualifications.
  • Recognition as a Community-Based Trainer in construction, processed food, or tourism sectors.
  • Trainer's Methodology Level I National Certificate (preferably).
  • Physical and mental fitness with good moral character.
  • Good communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and online applications.
  • Adherence to professional work ethics.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of T2MIS and BSRS applications.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude.
