Order Management Professional

The primary function of this position is to oversee the entire order management process from quotation to delivery.

This involves coordinating with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process quotations and sales orders efficiently and accurately within specified timeframes.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
  • Investigate and process claims related to shipment delays, defective items, and pricing discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to address any issues related to customer orders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in order management, sales support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
