As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for handling order processing activities, including software and hardware fulfillment. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and efficient order processing.

You will develop a thorough understanding of end-to-end quote-to-cash processes with a focus on order management to billing. This includes managing subscription order fulfillment utilizing Zuora, ensuring accuracy of transactions, and anticipating problems to ensure customer orders are processed timely and efficiently.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal groups to identify and execute on efficiency gains. Additionally, you will create and maintain process documentation for order fulfillment policies and procedures.
