Account Manager/Order Fulfillment Specialist Opportunity

We're seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager/Order Fulfillment Specialist to oversee key customer accounts on our platform. This role involves reviewing incoming orders, coordinating fulfillment with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize vendor-side account management and manage high-value client accounts
  • Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform, routing them to appropriate vendors and overseeing fulfillment workflows
  • Communicate with clients via email/Slack as needed, handling escalations (e.g., delays, product issues) with internal support
  • Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation, ensuring timely execution of all project milestones
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and review project requests from clients, configuring projects/quotes on the platform

This position requires 2–4 years of experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise, including at least 1+ year of experience in branded merchandise or promotional product workflows. B2B account management, strong communication skills in English, and highly organized individuals with sharp attention to detail are essential. Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production is strongly preferred, along with proficiency in basic platforms/tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.). US time zone availability is required.

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise
  • At least 1+ year of experience in branded merchandise or promotional product workflows
  • B2B account management
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production strongly preferred
  • Proficient in basic platforms/tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
