Job Description:

The Employee Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining a healthy and productive work environment at WHR Global Consulting. This position involves addressing employee relations issues, managing grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective strategies to foster a positive work environment and align with company goals and values.
  • Grievance and Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving employee grievances, conflicts, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Employee Engagement & Well-being: Design and execute programs that promote a positive workplace culture, enhance morale, and reduce turnover.
  • Labor Relations and Compliance: Ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws, manage union-related matters, and work with legal teams to address any labor-related issues.
