Order Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Order Manager to oversee and grow our Walmart dropshipping business. This is a mid-senior level, full-time role that requires managing order processing, product sourcing, and inventory management.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Walmart's platform, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail for profit margins and stock availability. They should be able to process customer orders by purchasing products from selected retailers and fulfilling buyers' orders on Walmart.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and manage inventory levels to ensure products are always available for sale.
  • Maintain and update product pricing to ensure healthy profit margins.
  • Search and list profitable products based on market demand and competitive research.
  • Track, update, and organize order records using Excel and internal tools.
  • Communicate with suppliers/retailers if any order issues arise.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing Walmart orders is mandatory.
  • Strong skills in Excel for inventory tracking, profit calculation, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of dropshipping operations, especially for the Walmart marketplace.
  • Ability to manage profit margins and pricing strategies.
  • Strong research skills for finding high-demand, profitable products.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

This role requires reliability, ability to work EST hours, and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive in finding solutions to order-related issues and collaborating with team members to achieve business goals.
