The Administrative Assistant/Cashier role at Filinvest Group requires a professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills to provide administrative and cashiering support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily collections, issuing receipts, and encoding transactions in the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing permits, IDs, and passes, accepting communications, and filing records.
  • Act as coordinator of the day-to-day operation of Admin Office, assisting with SOA distribution, preparation, and release of default notices/collection notices.
  • Monitor Post Dated Checks (PDCs), deposit dated checks on time, and issue corresponding receipts for matured and cleared checks.
  • Prepare Daily Collection Report (DCR) and attach deposit slips for checking by the Building Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to unit owners/homeowners/tenants' concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge in Basic Accounting
  • Customer Servicing
  • Preferably with technical background in Property Management Field

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Bachelor of Science Major in Management, Accounting, and other Management-related courses
  • At least 1 year in Customer Service, Office Administration, and/or Cashiering
  • Willing to work onsite at Davao City
