About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team You will support Agile development teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and help remove obstacles so the team can deliver high-quality products. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals starting their Scrum career, where learning and growth are a key focus.

What You'll Do:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guide team members in applying Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Promote a self-organizing, cross-functional team environment.
  • Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritization, and schedules.
  • Monitor sprint progress and help resolve blockers.
  • Ensure transparency of team progress and provide updates to management.
  • Assist in improving processes and helping the team become more productive over time.
  • Learn and use project/task management tools.
Who We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of software development and at least one programming language.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow into a leadership role.
