Job Description:\

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving our engineering teams to deliver high-quality software and features that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities include facilitating effective communication among team members, ensuring teams stay on track, providing timely feedback to stakeholders, and championing agile values and practices within the organization.

Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding, training, and mentoring scrum team members, facilitating scrum ceremonies, helping Product Owners refine product backlogs, removing roadblocks, and tweaking Agile practices as needed.

Requirements:\

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master or similar role\

    • Working knowledge of Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban\
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills\
    • Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred\

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, anticipating challenges and driving improvement\
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to remove obstacles for team success\
