We're seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join our Internal Digital Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing digitalised workflows, automated reporting, and integrations using collaboration and productivity tooling.

The role involves:

  • Designing and implementing digitalised workflows and automated reporting using collaboration and productivity tools
  • Managing relevant tables within the Commercial Organisation's BigQuery database by maintaining ETLs, connections, validating data accuracy, and editing scripts as necessary
  • Contributing to continuous improvement, management, and support for Commercial Organisation Deal and Ticket Pipelines in HubSpot CRM, including engaging with users for feedback

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SQL, data visualisation platforms, and experience working with collaboration and productivity tools.
