Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving our operational processes. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Contribution to various internal operational processes such as P&L Baseline Quality Check, Verification of key elements, Analysis of delivery models, Execution of handovers and feedback collection, and Monthly project monitoring and action plan follow-up.
  • Analysis and reporting on VISEO Business Units, including Internal performance analysis, Preparation of KPIs for monthly internal committees, Project monitoring (prioritization, reporting, coordination with the technical team), Gathering and defining user requirements, Conducting user testing, and Leading user training sessions.
  • Interactions with various teams, including project teams, business communities, pre-sales teams, and activity & project directors.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, a rigorous mindset, and a passion for numbers and analysis. Excellent communication both writing and verbal skills are also essential. Fluency in English allows you to work easily in an international environment.
