WHR Global Consulting is a consulting firm that provides expertise in sales strategy and team management. We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to drive customer acquisition and retention
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 7-8 years in a managerial or leadership role

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools
• Ability to analyze data, make decisions, and adjust strategies
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Knowledge of sales techniques, market research, and negotiation tactics
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, competitive environment
